Who is this for?

The guide does not include barbell training, so it gives you an opportunity to master the basics before moving forward. Therefore, this guide is perfect for anyone who is in the beginning phase of their journey, has taken a break from the gym and/or wants an easy transition back into the weight room.

What is included?

6 weeks of workouts, 5x/week

day 1: Glutes & Hamstrings

day 2: Back & Biceps

day 3: Chest, Abs & Calves

day 4: Quads & Glutes

day 5: Shoulders & Triceps

How long are the workouts?

Most of the workouts will take the individual(s) anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on rest time and exercises.

What equipment is needed?

You will need access to Dumbbells, Bands and a couple basic machines (available in the majority of gyms). There will be no barbell movements in this program.
