How long are the workouts?
Most of the workouts will take the individual(s) anywhere from 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on rest time and exercises.
What equipment is needed?
You will need access to a Leg Press, Squat Rack or Smith Machine, Dumbbells, Cable Machines and Bands.
