Who is this for?
This guide is for anyone that has limited/no access to a gym, beginners and those looking to learn how to utilize their glutes before jumping into an intensive program with weights and machines, etc. If you have always struggled with activating your glutes, you’ll be good to go after week one.
What is included?
8 weeks of workouts, 4x/week
How long are the workouts?
Most of the workouts will take the individual(s) anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on rest time and exercises.
What equipment is needed?
All you will need is Bands. Feel free to add weight to exercise, if you’d like.
